FOOTBALL FEVER HITS THISTLES, STIRLING

– Shopping centre to host a fun-filled day of footie featuring coaching from Stirling Albion FC –

Thistles Shopping Centre in Stirling is giving budding soccer stars across the central belt the chance to improve their football skills with a masterclass from football freestyler, Ross Brown, and Stirling Albion FC, on Sunday 30 June.

As part of the monthly Wolf Pack kids club, which runs between 12pm-4pm on the last Sunday of each month, football freestyler Ross Brown will be showing off his skills and hosting mini workshops in the centre – with additional training also being provided by Stirling Albion Football Club.

Taking place on Sunday 30 June, football fans of all ages will be amazed by Ross Brown as he shows off his skills and tricks in the mall. Kids will then be able to have a go at recreating some of his signature moves, before tackling a football training exercise

with Stirling Albion FC. All activity is free of charge and no advance booking is required.

Gary Turnbull, Centre Director at Thistles, said: “While our Scotland team may be home early, we wanted to keep the football fever alive at Thistles, Stirling and who better to do that than incredible football freestyler Ross Brown and our very own local team, Stirling Albion FC.

“We’re looking forward to welcoming budding footballers to the centre to join in the fun this Sunday.”

The Thistles Wolf Pack football event is free of charge and takes place on Sunday 30 June from 12pm-4pm. Pre-booking is not required and masterclasses will be available on a first come basis. Find the football event situated between Lush and Costa.
