Here at Thistles, we aim to make the customer experience as accessible as possible for our shoppers.

Our centre offers a number of facilities and additional services which aim to assist our shoppers who may need a little more time to shop or require an extra hand.

We understand that shopping centre environments can be an overwhelming experience at times.

In partnership with Scottish Autism, Thistles host a quiet hour every Sunday from 10:00am - 11:00am with reduced noise levels designed to reduce sensory overload.

Thistles customers can also grab a FREE sensory bag from our centre management office which includes ear defenders, sensory/fidget toys, feelings cards and a mall map.

You can find disabled toilets and baby changing facilities located throughout the centre beside Starbucks, Sports Direct and Primark.

Our Thistles Car Park has 51 extra-wide spaces on level 3 and our Marches Car Park provides 45 disabled parking spaces.

Please note blue badge holders do not qualify for free parking unless registered with Shopmobility.

Trained guide and assistance dogs are welcome in the centre.

Shopmobility is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10am to 4pm to hire mobility scooters and wheelchairs should you require one.

Registration is required at the Shopmobility unit located on the lower level at the bus station entrance – you will need to bring ID for this.

Costs for rental are as below:

• Stirling Resident: £5 to join and £1 per hour
• Non-resident  – £5 to join and £1.50 per hour
