First Aid

All of our Guest Services team are first aid trained so you can rest assured you will be taken care of in the unlikely event of an accident or emergency.

Lifts and Escalators

We have three sets of lifts to help you get around the centre. They are located near to Primark, our Bus Station entrance and Boots. Escalators can be found near the Bus Station to take you up to the mall.

Need to spend a penny?

We have toilets at 3 different locations here at Thistles which can be found beside Primark, Sports Direct and Clarks.

Baby change facilities can also be found in the toilets beside Primark and Sports Direct, and accessible toilets can be found at our toilets beside Primark and Sports Direct.

Cash Machines

There are two cash machines located in the centre which can be found at M&S and beside RBS.

Lost Property?

Our lost property is held at Centre Management, near the Bus Station. You can also ask our lovely Guest Services team if you have lost any valuables.

Say Cheese – Passport Photo Booth

You can find a booth to have passport photographs taken located at our bus station entrance

Bureau De Change

Get ready for your travels with Bureau De Change facilities at Eurochange (beside The Works), in M&S, Barrhead Travel, Hays and the Post Office (within WH Smith).

Kiddie Cars

We’re delighted to announce the return of our Kiddie Cars!

Located beside our soft play area, near Muffin Break, make your trip easier by keeping your little one entertained while you shop.

Cars are £5 per hour to hire, simply download the UK Strollers app to get you on your way.

InPost Lockers

Missed a delivery while you’ve been at work? Not got round to getting to the post office during your break? No worries!

We’ve partnered with InPost to bring parcel lockers to Thistles to make online shopping and sending parcels super easy. The locker is located in the corridor between JD Sports and Sports Direct.

Wi-Fi

Our in-centre Wi-Fi is free to use throughout Thistles and is easy to get connected.
