New Spring Menu Additions

As the days get longer, Costa Coffee is celebrating Spring with a vibrant new menu. From colourful, Instagrammable drinks to flavour-packed bites and seasonal accessories, the new range is designed to brighten everyday moments - whether it's a comforting coffee on the go, a leisurely lunch, or a sweet afternoon treat.

Dreamy sips for brighter days

This Spring, Costa Coffee introduces two indulgent new drinks for those mid-afternoon moments – the Sweet Ube Hot Chocolate and Sweet Ube Frappe – which have a creamy-sweet vanilla and subtly nutty flavour. With a dreamy purple hue and a light whip finish, they’re as comforting as they are eye-catching.

Joining the Matcha Latte range is the new Cherry Vanilla Iced Matcha Latte. Crafted with care by our talented baristas, it features a fruity cherry vanilla sauce paired with smooth matcha – and this refreshing twist feels just right for Spring.

A fresh take on lunchtime

Spring is the perfect season for bold, flavour-packed lunchtime bites. Taking centre stage is the new Bacon, Mature Cheddar and Chilli Jam Hot Cross Bun - a twist blending savoury with sweet. Beechwood smoked streaky bacon, sliced mature cheddar, and smoky chilli relish are tucked inside a fruited hot cross bun for a satisfying bite.

Also new to the line-up is the Chicken Salad Sandwich, filled with roast chicken breast, lemon and black pepper mayonnaise, sliced tomato, cucumber and lettuce on malted bread. Fresh, balanced and perfect for a Spring lunch.

Sweet Spring favourites

For those with a sweet tooth, the new Strawberry & Matcha Cookie Sandwich is a must-try: a white chocolate and matcha cookie sandwich, filled with strawberry jam and matcha frosting, finished with a pink icing drizzle and freeze-dried strawberry pieces.

Also making a welcome comeback are the Chocolate Cornflake Nest, Caramelised Biscuit Rocky Road and the playful Iced Chick Gingerbread Biscuit – little moments of sweetness crafted to bring warmth to your day.
